Housing Stability Case Manager

Family Promise

Family Promise of Hawaiʻi is seeking a Case Manager to transition families from homelessness to permanent housing using a housing-first, trauma-informed approach. The role covers intake, housing stability planning, employment support, and community resource coordination, reporting to the Homeless Services Manager. A 4-year degree in human services or equivalent experience is required, with preference for SW master’s. Vaccination and TB clearance are noted in policy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
