Job Responsibilities

• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests promptly.
• Refill water glasses and other beverages as needed.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests depart.
• Ensure dining areas are clean and well-organized at all times.
• Assist in restocking server stations with necessary supplies.
• Support servers in managing guest requests and inquiries.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events.
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist others.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
