As a member of an Agile Scrum team, the Technical Product Owner is responsible for the success of the Technology Infrastructure by maximizing the output of the development team. The TPO directs and coordinates the technical development and serves as a collaborative liaison between architecture, cloud engineering and Product Delivery teams by prioritizing and evaluating work. This individual will maintain the product/team backlog, leading backlog prioritization of initiatives, aligning experiences across channels and touch points to ensure the best business results.In this role you will:Work with architects, cloud engineers and developers to define scope and requirementsAct proactively to consistently deliver on commitments with little supervisionAnalyze and communicate requirements to provide innovative solutions and recommend system, product and process enhancementsIdentify, evaluate, and introduce new approaches/technology to use in product developmentExplore alternative ways to view and solve problems to achieve results beyond what is requiredLeverage innovation tools, creative processes, and diverse cross-functional experts to generate ideasAsk provocative questions to understand current practices and the customer's experience before moving to problem solvingSeek to understand and experience the full array of stakeholders' (e.g., internal partners, suppliers, customers) behavior, needs, concerns, and desires to unlock new opportunities for innovationWork collaboratively with the Program/Product Managers to advise on the creation and partners to communicate product roadmap initiatives to the teams that result in great experiences for our customersWork with the Agile team to craft high quality customer-centric user stories that exceed customer expectationsResponsible for leading the prioritization of the product backlog in partnership with product managementMeasure product performance using key information, processes and systems to ensure accountability for achieving business resultsFull timePosting Date: 2026-07-29
