Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm (M-F), OR 6pm-6am (M-F)
Job Overview

Seeking dependable Fabricators/Assemblers to support daily production. This role is handson, involving basic assembly, fabrication support, material handling, and general shop tasks.
Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate parts per work instructions
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Load, unload, and move materials
• Support simple machine or production tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures

Preferred Experience

• Previous assembly, fabrication, or production experience helpful
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials
• Comfortable in a fastpaced, handson environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sheldon, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
