We provide a full service offering to our clients from planning and design through construction.The Senior Construction Project Manager (CPM) will work with our Business Leaders to plan and manage our Texas transportation Project Management/Construction Management (PM/CM) organization, actively work on large transportation infrastructure projects in a Senior PM position and work with our sales organization in growing our PM/CM transportation business.On projects, the Senior CPM will be responsible for careful planning, effective communication, and proactive risk management to mitigate or eliminate project risks that threaten the construction schedule, budget, safety, or quality. Join our team and help us lay the foundation for progress and growth.Here's what you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.15 plus years' of progressively challenging leadership experience on major infrastructure construction projects performing project management, project controls, procurement services and construction management for transportation infrastructure projects.Experience in business development.Strong understanding of project delivery tools and metrics, and a proven history leading project delivery teams to successfully meet client expectationsProven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships that result in the creation and procurement of new and repeat consulting work.Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, and leading diverse teams.Ideally, you'll also have:PE and/or CCM certificationTexas Department of Transportation experienceExperience with other transportation municipalities within TexasOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
