Title Dental hygienist Job Description Patient-Centered Care: Provide optimal oral health care and education in a relaxed, one-hour prophy appointment setting. Clinical Excellence: Perform dental cleanings, screenings, and assist the dentist with diagnostic procedures using professional terminology and expertise. Team Collaboration: Work alongside a "one-Doc" team to maintain a smooth office flow and a positive atmosphere. Relationship Building: Develop long-term rapport with our "patient family," ensuring they feel valued and comfortable during every visit. Requirements Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) certification (Required) and Indiana Dental License (Preferred). Experience: Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is highly valued. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a mastery of dental terminology and patient care techniques.
