Global Fund Tax Manager - Boston (Hybrid!)

Global Fund Tax Manager - Boston (Hybrid!) A leadinglobal investment firm is seeking a Global Fund Tax Manager to join their growing team! This role sits on a high-impact Global Fund Tax team responsible for tax compliance and advisory across a range of investment vehicles, including mutual funds, REITs, and private funds. Compensation: $140,000-160,000 + bonus What You’ll Do Serve as a subject matter expert on complex North American fund tax matters, including private funds and alternative investments Support tax compliance processes and governance frameworks Partner with internal teams (Portfolio Management, Legal, Product) on tax strategy and planning Identify and mitigate tax risks across complex fund structures Lead projects focused on process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency Manage external service providers and drive strategic tax initiatives Qualifications 7+ years of tax experience, within investment funds Open to public accounting and/or private industry candidates!
