Trillium Staffing is now hiring Paint & Body Technicians in Bethlehem, PA!

Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; 48 hours guaranteed per week
- Overtime available Friday and Saturday
- Pay: $21–$28/hour DOE
- Contract-to-Hire
- Flexible to work 1st shift now and potentially transition to 2nd shift in the future
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
- Apply paint and finish coats using spray equipment
- Perform touch-up work and correct imperfections as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and work areas
- Follow safety and quality standards throughout the painting process
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in an automotive or industrial painting role
- Comfortable using spray guns, sanders, grinders, and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Surface preparation, sanding, masking, and priming
- Paint mixing and color matching (preferred)
- Paint booth or spray painting experience (preferred)
