Position Details Integrated Mental Health Therapist III or Licensed – Posting #25465 Hourly Rate: $33.23 (Mental Health Therapist III) Hourly Rate: $36.41 (Mental Health Therapist Licensed) Position Summary Full‑time Mental Health Therapist position available for our Behavioral Health Department at Tumwater, WA location. This position may also require some travel to the Olympia Medical department as needed. This is an FT position on an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessment, brief intervention counseling, consultations with primary care, patient‑centered care plans, and care coordination. The role is part of a team that works toward better health outcomes by applying evidence‑based practices. This is a dynamic program oriented toward health care transformation. Special Site Features IMHT is co‑located at Sea Mar Olympia Medical or Sea Mar Lacey Medical Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, excellent communication skills to coordinate care for clients efficiently across medical, behavioral health and community resources Supports medical team with screening patients in need of brief services Carries limited caseload focused on brief and time‑limited interventions Works with PCPs to support adults, families and children with emotional and behavioral stabilization, including suicide prevention, de‑escalation, or referral for crisis services when needed; spends time reviewing patient referrals to screen for brief interventions, mental health assessments to support appropriate level of care, and referral to Behavioral Health specialty Works directly with Tumwater Adult, Child and Family or Yelm Mental Health sites to support specialty care transfers Licensed AAC or Licensed Associate.
