Job Title: Finisher/ Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled machine operator/Finisher with 2-3 years of experience to join our new machine shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, loading, and overseeing operations of machines, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load machines for operation.
• Oversee machine operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Collaborate with a small team to maintain production standards.

Essential Skills

• 2-3 years of machine operator experience.
• Proficiency in machine operation and inspection processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a new machine shop setting.

Work Environment

You will work in a team of 2-3 in production, adhering to safety standards such as wearing closed-toe shoes. The work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. There is also a 2nd shift available.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

DP, promote from within, 1st and 2nd shift, multiple sites in DFW

This is a fully onsite position in Dallas,TX.

This position is anticipated to close on Oct 5, 2026.
