• Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT)
• Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT) – 10+ years of experience required
• Sign-On Bonus $600 after 90 days of satisfactory work and attendance

Position Details

• Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM  (rotating weekends)
• Type: Full-Time 
• Pay: $33–$39/hour (based on experience and license)
• Location: Lutz area

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct respiratory assessments in the home setting
• Manage equipment such as ventilators, oxygen, and nebulizers
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper care and safety
• Monitor patient condition and document accurately
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and emergency personnel
• Assist with urgent situations when needed

Qualifications

• Active Florida RRT license or CRT with 10+ years of experience
• Current BLS/CPR (ACLS preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory experience (acute care preferred)
• Ability to pass AHCA Level 2 background screening

• Current TB test and physical (within 12 months)
