If you’re ready to put your skills to work on projects that matter — and build a career with a company that’s building North America — we want to hear from you! About The Role The Land Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of land and mining assets in their regional area. This includes managing permits, entitlements, leases, and relationships as needed to maximize mining reserves for the regional aggregates and construction materials business. Successfully negotiate land purchase agreements and mining leases that maximize company value. Develop and manage budgets and timelines for capital projects associated with land acquisition and permitting. Develop and lead community relations efforts by working with internal staff and key stakeholders. Provide strategic land‑related advice to management, identifying opportunities to minimize risks and maximize value. Develop and manage site restoration requirements, including overall liability and annual spend budgets. Work with M&A teams to complete due diligence on non‑greenfield target sites. Utilize GIS systems to document accurate boundaries for land, permits, mine concession areas, and restoration; maximize reserves for the purpose of SK‑1300 reporting. Complete title work, surveys, land subdivision, and other tasks necessary to execute land sales. Work with local environmental teams, legal counsel, and external consultants to complete all forms of land and environmental permitting. Other duties as assigned.
