Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming experience at Big Dave's Cheesesteaks in Charlotte, NC. Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations smoothly. Supervise the daily store operations, including managing opening and closing procedures.
