Job Description:


- Shift: 19:00-07:00
- Location: 1801 Ashley Circle, Bowling Green, KY 42101
- Unit Name: ICU/CCU
- Building: Main Building
- Cost Center: 653

Unit Specifics:


- Number of Beds: 16
- Patient Ratios: 2:1, at times 3:1
- Staffing: MT, with tech available when needed

Type of Equipment:


- Impella
- GE monitors
- Temporary Pacemakers
- EKOS
- IABP
- Arctic Sun
- Hemodynamic monitoring

Documentation System:


- Meditech

Scheduling Requirements:


- 36 hours weekly

Floating Policy:


- Float in rotation with core staffing

Patient Experience Requirements:


- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH

Requested Skill Set:


- Must have: Critical thinking, self-motivated skills
- Advanced Skills Needed:
- Central line insertions
- Dialysis catheter insertions

Certifications Required:


- BLS
- ACLS
- NIH

Dress Code:


- Scrubs of any color (no denim, capris, or camo)

Unit Guidelines/Policies:


- Unit-specific policies and guidelines are available upon request
