Assistant Kitchen Manager: Lead Back-of-House & Growth

Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing the back of house operations, ordering, receiving, preparation and presentation of food. You will help maintain safety, quality and efficiency in a busy steakhouse environment. You will supervise production, monitor peak-hour pacing, manage inventory and ensure compliance with recipes and safety procedures while developing BOH staff and upholding our core values of passion, integrity, partnership #J-18808-Ljbffr Texas Roadhouse
