DESCRIPTION The Navigator (or Front of House/Cashier) has multiple important responsibilities at a Wingstop franchise, one very important responsibility includes wowing our guests. The Navigator spends more time than any other position interacting with guests, including:
- Greeting guests when they arrive
- Answering the phone
- Taking accurate orders
- Delivering complete orders
- Providing delicious "craveable" food that is "done right, on time"
- Ensuring that safe food handling measures are always in place
- Behaving professionally while serving amazing food
- Commitment to teamwork
- Clean professional appearance
- Attention to detail
- Friendly, genuine and enthusiastic
- Organized
- Ability to multi-task
- Safety conscious
