If you're ready to elevate your career with a company that truly values its team members, Responsibilities Create detailed and accurate auto body repair estimates to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with technicians and parts departments to verify the accuracy of repair plans and parts availability. Maintain open communication with customers, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the repair process. Utilize industry-standard software to document and track all estimates, ensuring compliance with company and insurance guidelines. Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair needs and determine the most efficient repair methods. Coordinate with insurance adjusters to negotiate and finalize repair estimates, ensuring fair and timely settlements. Stay updated on industry trends and repair techniques to continuously improve estimating accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Experience: Auto Estimating: 5 years (Preferred) Experience writing/working with all major DRP programs (Geico, Progressive, USAA, Allstate, etc.) preferred Prior experience working as an insurance adjuster is welcomed Parts Trader Experience (preferred) ADAS exposure or experience writing & billing (preferred) Understanding of gross profit (preferred) Compensation $60,000-$100,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr C&L Autobody
