We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is caring and loves to be around children. Flexible full-time hours with vacation after a year and holiday pay after 90 days.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Plans and implements daily activities (indoor/outdoor) as they relate to the curriculum.
- Responsible for the health, welfare, and safety of the children.
- Maintains daily attendance records.
- Responsible for maintaining ongoing developmental records for each child, including keeping records of all developing skills (physical, social, emotional, and cognitive).
- Maintains good communication with parents daily through the use of daily sheets, notes, and/or verbal.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to lift children, including bending, stooping, stretching, squatting, pushing and pulling, and sitting and walking.
- Work with moderate to loud noise levels.
- Have mobility required to ensure the safety of the children.
- Work with children on the floor.
- Work outdoors in any variety of weather.
- Have visual and hearing capabilities that allow consistent supervision of children with Group Child Care Licensing safety requirements.
