Contract CNA Position

Contract CNA position for an 8-week assignment in Montevideo, MN covering 12-hour shifts. The role focuses on compassionate patient care in a long-term care setting, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and skilled patient care in a long-term care facility, ensuring residents' comfort and safety.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Document patient status, care provided, and any changes in condition accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification.
• CNA license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to wear scrubs and solid shoes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform 12-hour shifts.
