We are looking to expand our already talented team of Massage Therapists at Hand and Stone (Sign-On Bonus Included)!

The New Albany location opened in November 2020 and quickly became one of the top franchise spas in central Ohio. This location is consistently awarded for their high customer satisfaction scores, member reviews, and employee feedback from one of the most high volume spas in Central Ohio! We are perfectly placed right off Route 161 in the newly developed Hamilton Square for an easy commute from anywhere in central Ohio. New Albany is a prospering, well established community that still continues to be one of the fastest growing suburbs in Ohio. Job Responsibilities:

• Regularly perform consecutive 50 and 80 minute massages.
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health benefits of massage therapy.
• Make appropriate recommendations on service enhancements and frequency.
• Familiarize and perform Hand and Stone signature services.
• Maintain detailed treatment records for all clients.
• Actively connect with customers and the community to build a solid book of clients and members.
• Listen and adapt to client feedback.
• Maintain a professional, clean work environment and appearance.
• Contribute to the betterment of yourself as a practitioner, the spa family, and the community as a whole.
• Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual spa challenges to earn incentives, bonuses, and perks.

Job Qualifications:

• Ohio-issued Massage Therapist License (LMT) or proof of license application.
• Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations.
• Knowledge and understanding of Swedish massage (other modalities/certifications a plus).
• Must carry professional liability insurance.
• Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated individual willing to help others.
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Ability to work with others towards a common goal
• Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability preferred.
• Professionalism and willingness to grow and learn.
• Willingness to learn and grow as a massage therapist.

Pay

• Commission per service and enhancement provided
• Ability to rapidly move pay tiers based on performance/schedule/training
• Tip/gratuity

Compensation: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
