Warehouse Associate - First Shift

Warehouse Clerk

We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Clerk to support fleet, dispatch, shipping, and inventory operations under the direction of the Warehouse Operations Manager. If you take pride in staying organized and love working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Audit and file daily truck inspections and report any safety or damage concerns immediately.
• Assist with small repairs (replace headlights, wipers, etc.) and coordinate fleet maintenance.
• Maintain fleet tracking, route reports, and registration information using SharePoint and Geotab.
• Manage crew supplies: track, order, organize, and maintain safety stock.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts for non-inventory items.
• Assist receiving with tagging and entering new inventory into the system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (dispatch, fleet, or inventory management preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and data entry systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong multitasking ability and a can-do attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (Se valora mucho que hables español!).
