Key Responsibilities include performing advanced GI and ERCP procedures, managing a diverse adult patient population, supporting in-house endoscopy and surgical teams, and participating in call rotations that ensure continuous patient coverage. Your expertise will directly contribute to patient outcomes and the advancement of our gastroenterology services.

Required Skills:

• Board Certification in Gastroenterology
• Extensive experience in general GI and ERCP procedures
• Proficiency with Olympus equipment
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems, preferably EPIC
• Ability to perform complex procedures with precision
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with EUS scheduling and procedures
• Additional certifications such as CSR
• Familiarity with telehealth or outpatient GI services

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Valid TN State Medical License or IMLC eligibility
• Minimum of several years of hands-on experience in GI and ERCP
• Prior experience working with adult and younger patient populations

Other Requirements:

• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
• TN DEA license in good standing
• Ability to obtain hospital privileges within 60-90 days
• Willingness to travel as required; all travel expenses reimbursed
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date vaccinations, with exemptions granted per guidelines
