Lead the Financial Strategy for Behavioral Health Services in MarylandSanté is seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of a growing nonprofit behavioral health organization serving communities across Maryland.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced nonprofit finance leader who can think strategically, lead with confidence, and oversee the financial health of an organization making a meaningful impact every day.In This Role, You'll:Partner with the CEO and Board of Directors to develop and execute the organization's long-term financial strategy.Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and monthly close processes.Oversee accounting operations, annual audits, internal controls, and financial compliance.Manage grant funding, Medicaid reimbursement, government contracts, and restricted funding requirements.Build and develop a high-performing finance team while supporting leaders across the organization with sound financial guidance.Deliver clear, actionable financial reporting to executive leadership and the Board.Identify opportunities to strengthen financial sustainability and support organizational growth.You'll Be a Strong Fit If You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Significant senior financial leadership experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services organization.Experience managing grants, government funding, Medicaid reimbursement, audits, and nonprofit financial operations.Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business decisions.CPA or Master's degree preferred.Why SantéRobust retirement plan | Comprehensive medical, dental, vision | Generous PTO plus your birthday off | Tuition reimbursement | Wellness programs and perks | Life insurance | Disability coverage | Employee Assistance Program | Pet insurance | Legal assistance | Professional development opportunitiesWho We AreSanté Group Companies prides itself in being a leader in community-based behavioral and mental health services.
