Direct Primary Care Physician | Outcomes Over Production | Greater Orlando

Our client offers a unique direct primary care model that is transforming healthcare by empowering physicians to deliver exceptional patient care. They are seeking primary care physicians (FM or IM/peds) for health centers in St. Cloud and Poinciana , Florida . Physicians have more time with patients to focus on nutrition, exercise, mental health, and overall wellness. Patients receive access to high-quality care, education to make informed health decisions, and ongoing support to maintain healthy lifestyles. Providers and patients also have access to internal resources, including dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, and other specialists at no cost.
