Secret Embedded Link 16 Engineer

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared Link 16 / Tactical Data Link (TDL) Software Engineer to support the development, integration, testing, and sustainment of advanced tactical communications capabilities for airborne and mission systems platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Link 16 waveform integration, Tactical Data link terminals/radios, Software Defined Radios (SDRs), and real‑time embedded software development. This role will work closely with Systems, Hardware, and Integration/Test teams to develop and troubleshoot mission‑critical datalink capabilities in a fast‑paced Agile environment. This person will be local to San Diego, CA and willing to come onsite on a 9x80 schedule.
