We're looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Accountant to support revenue reporting, reconciliations, accounts receivable, and month-end close activities.Key ResponsibilitiesReconcile daily and weekly revenue across multiple point-of-sale systemsPerform bank, cash, and credit card reconciliationsMonitor membership revenue reporting and investigate discrepanciesSupport accounts receivable invoicing and customer account reconciliationsAssist with month-end close, accruals, deferred revenue, and financial reportingAnalyze revenue trends and support process improvementsPartner with Operations, IT, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reportingSupport both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and proceduresQualifications2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or reconciliation experienceExperience with bank and general ledger reconciliationsUnderstanding of accrual-based accountingExperience with general ledger and bank account reconciliationsStrong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similarStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on internal customer serviceAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience in a retail, service, or multi-location business environmentRevenue accounting or cash management experienceBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffLife and Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Join a growing company where you'll have the opportunity to make an impact, develop your skills, and grow your career.
