• Flexible clinic schedule with 3 eight-hour days per week available
• Located 30 minutes from Chicago with favorable reverse-peak commute
• Federally Qualified Health Center serving a diverse, underserved population
• Seeing 28 - 30 patients per day with a 60% OB and 40% GYN mix
• Call requirement of 6 - 7 twenty-four-hour shifts per month
• Independent Contractor and employed options available; full benefits if employed
• Employed benefits include loan repayment, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance
• Board-certified or board-eligible OB-GYN with FQHC experience preferred
