Pay Range $16.00 - $16.00 per hour + Tips Availability Shifts may run until 1:30 AM. Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as permitted by law. Responsibilities Embodies enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with genuine warmth and care toward both team members and guests. Prepare and assemble food orders in accordance with Shake Shack's standards and recipes. Master all stations and rotate through them to keep each day fresh and exciting. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of guests and team members. Align with Shake Shack's values of integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement. Qualifications Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant. Consistent demonstration of integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability. Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Minimum age: 16 years or older.
