We're seeking a Practice Supervisor to lead daily clinic operations, support staff development, optimize workflows, and ensure outstanding patient care. This role serves as a Practice Manager in Training and is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare leader ready to grow their career. What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staffing Support, coach, and develop front office and clinical teams Drive employee engagement and uphold OnePeak’s culture and values Optimize provider schedules and patient access Resolve patient and staff concerns professionally and efficiently Manage scheduling, timecards, inventory, and operational reporting Partner with leadership to support clinic performance and strategic initiatives What We’re Looking For 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience (healthcare preferred) Current BLS and/or CPR/AED certification Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead with accountability, professionalism, and empathy Medical Assistant experience and healthcare certifications are a plus Why OnePeak Medical?
