The Marketing and Outreach Specialist will focus on planning and executing event-based outreach and community program campaigns. This role balances independent work with cross-departmental collaboration and occasional local travel to support event coordination. The ideal candidate will thrive in a competitive, team-oriented environment and seek opportunities for skill development and leadership growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns centered on events and community engagement
- Oversee social media channels to promote brand initiatives and outreach efforts
- Coordinate and execute events supporting outreach goals and community programs
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand promotion
- Engage local communities to strengthen brand presence and participation
- Collaborate periodically with sales and other teams to align marketing efforts
- Travel locally as needed to support outreach events and campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in marketing and outreach
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with content strategy and event planning
- Strong communication and project management skills
