Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and caregivers, and promote safety, independence, and functional improvement in a supportive, patient‑centered environment that values integrity, respect, mentorship, and clinical excellence.
