Supervisor Call Center Operations

Job Description

Under the direction of the Call Center Manager, the Call Center Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of the Call Center Staff and collaborates with Call Center leadership to guide and support departmental needs. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting in recruitment, hiring, training, development and retention of staff.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years experience working in a healthcare environment
• 2 years leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field, or a combination of education and directly related work experience
• 2 years experience working in a call center environment

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
