We are seeking a Caf Skipper to support daily caf operations by preparing and serving fresh food, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, assemble, and serve fresh food according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system and process customer transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service while creating a welcoming caf environment.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized serving areas throughout the day.
• Display food products in an attractive and appetizing manner.
• Properly store, label, date, and rotate food products following food safety guidelines.
• Assist with dishwashing duties, including scraping trays, loading and unloading the dish machine, and sorting silverware as needed.
• Clean tables, counters, kitchen equipment, dining areas, and floors.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to management.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds or more on a repetitive basis.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to consent to a drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous caf, food service, restaurant, cafeteria, or hospitality experience.
• Experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
