NOW HIRING: Shipping Administrator Location: East Side of Cincinnati Competitive Pay | Full-Time | Direct Hire Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Responsibilities: Process packing lists and shipping documentation in the ERP system Coordinate daily outbound shipments with the shipping team Verify inventory accuracy and finished goods counts Prepare, package, and ship finished products Select the most efficient shipping methods and carriers Maintain excellent customer service while handling shipping inquiries Apply shipping labels and ensure accurate documentation Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed Qualifications: Previous shipping, logistics, or warehouse administration experience Experience with ERP systems preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred Ability to use calipers, tape measures, and basic hand tools If you're looking for a stable career with a great team, we'd love to hear from you!
