This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in recruiting and human resources while taking ownership of a highly visible role.You will work directly with our HR Manager and company leadership, receive hands-on training, and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our team.What You'll DoReview applications and identify qualified candidatesContact candidates quickly by phone, text, and emailConduct phone interviews for sales, installation, customer service, and office positionsSchedule interviews and maintain consistent candidate follow-upPost and manage positions on Indeed and other recruiting platformsKeep candidate information and interview notes organized in our Applicant Tracking SystemBuild relationships with candidates and create a positive hiring experienceDevelop a pipeline of candidates for frequently hired positionsAssist the HR Manager with onboarding and occasional HR projectsHelp improve our recruiting process as the company growsWhat We're Looking ForAt least one year of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, staffing, or a similar people-focused position preferredConfident and friendly phone presenceComfortable making frequent outbound calls and following up with candidatesStrong organizational and computer skillsAbility to manage several open positions and candidates at onceMotivated, dependable, and comfortable working toward hiring goalsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnExperience with an ATS, HR system, Indeed, or other recruiting technology is helpful but not requiredRecruiting experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with a strong sales, customer service, or call-center background who are interested in developing a career in recruiting and HR.Compensation and ScheduleSalary: $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experienceSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.Location: In-office position in Clearwater, FloridaNo weekends or late nightsHealth and dental insurance available after 60 daysPaid training and hands-on supportOpportunity to grow within recruiting and human resourcesWhy Join Clearwater Shower Bath?Clearwater Shower Bath is a locally owned and rapidly growing bathroom remodeling company serving homeowners throughout Florida.
