Material Handler (Forklift)

Join a growing team in a clean, well-maintained manufacturing environment! We are seeking experienced Material Handlers to support warehouse and production operations through material movement, inventory control, and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments
• Stage and deliver materials to production areas
• Perform inventory transactions using a computer system
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Conduct material inspections for quality and accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience
• Sit-down forklift experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Experience

• Shipping & receiving
• Inventory control
• RF scanners
• Pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
• Picking, packing, and order fulfillment

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Sunday-Thursday)

All new hires complete training on 1st shift before transitioning to their assigned schedule.

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
