Location: Denver Metro Area, CO

Schedule: Full-Time | 3rd Shift (SundayThursday, 6:30 PM 3:00 AM)

Pay Rate: $23.55/hour

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Workers (Order Pickers) to join a fast-paced distribution environment. In this role, you will help ensure medical and healthcare products are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for shipment to customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and contributing to an operation that supports the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF scan gun to locate, select, and track inventory
• Pick customer orders by moving throughout warehouse aisles with a hand cart
• Select products that typically weigh between 15 pounds
• Pack completed orders for shipment
• Create and print shipping labels
• Apply labels to packages and cartons
• Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations in a distribution environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience
• Minimum 6 months of RF scan gun experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous packing, shipping, or order-picking experience
• Experience in a distribution center or fulfillment environment
• Familiarity with warehouse productivity and quality standards

Work Environment

• Clean, organized warehouse facility
• Team-oriented environment with approximately 30 associates
• Fast-paced distribution setting
• Steel-toe boots required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.55 - $23.55/hr.
