Position Overview

\n

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Account Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence across key accounts. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional with a strong background in IT Staffing and/or IT Services & IT Consulting, who excels at client relationship management and account expansion.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion, and increased revenue.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
\n
• Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling workforce and technology solutions.
\n
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and business priorities.
\n
• Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
\n
• Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and account negotiations.
\n
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account activity reporting.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Partnerships, or Business Development within IT Staffing and/or IT Services & IT Consulting.
\n
• Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise client accounts.
\n
• Experience engaging senior client stakeholders and driving account expansion.
\n
• Strong understanding of technology consulting and workforce solutions.
\n
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business reviews.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Existing relationships within relevant enterprise accounts and markets.
\n
• Strong consultative selling and strategic account planning capabilities.
\n
• Client Industry experience: Airline, Pharma, Insurance
\n

\n

\n

COMPENSATION: The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 with a potential earning opportunity of 200K+. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, commission, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
