Support Job Description Server’s Assistants, Food Runners, and Support Employees are the quiet heroes of a restaurant and play a key role in the restaurant adding value to the overall guest experience. From supporting fellow members to facilitating a smooth and seamless experience for our Guests, this role demands that candidates possess a variety of skills. Assist servers with refilling beverages, running food and condiments as needed. Provide guests with exceptional service and a positive dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and restrooms. Assist in setting and resetting tables for guests. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
