We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and clinically grounded Clinician (Behavioral Health Technician) to join our Clinical team in Peoria. In this role, you'll provide psychoeducational and supportive behavioral health services to members participating in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), including individuals navigating substance use, post-traumatic stress, post-incarceration syndrome, and co-occurring behavioral health needs. You'll facilitate group sessions, support individual progress, coordinate with the care team, and help members build a path toward recovery, stability, and meaningful community reintegration. This role is ideal for someone who:

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Facilitating IOP group counseling sessions using a designated psychoeducational curriculum
• Meeting with members at least monthly for individual sessions and ongoing support
• Managing treatment plans and monitoring member progress toward program goals and completion
• Communicating member needs to the clinical care team and coordinating timely follow-up
• Helping members develop a life beyond recovery and re-entry, with an emphasis on employment, community involvement, independent living, and healthy social supports
• Providing supportive services to maintain, monitor, and modify covered services based on member needs
• Identifying resources and connecting members with services that support treatment and long-term stability
• Managing discharge planning and transition support upon completion of treatment
• Maintaining detailed, timely electronic health record documentation for all services provided
• Adjusting to fluctuating member flow, acuity, and operational needs while maintaining quality and professionalism
• Participating in regular clinical supervision and completing continuing education requirements associated with BHT designation
• Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and other quality, engagement, and documentation expectations

What Success Looks Like:

• Members receive engaging, effective group and individual support that aligns with program goals and clinical standards
• Documentation is complete, accurate, and entered within 24 hours of service delivery
• Treatment plans remain current, actionable, and reflective of each member's progress
• Care coordination is proactive, responsive, and collaborative across the treatment team
• Members are supported toward meaningful outcomes such as recovery progress, program completion, community engagement, and greater independence
• You consistently show sound judgment, adaptability, and accountability in a dynamic clinical setting

• Experience supporting individuals with substance use, trauma-related needs, re-entry challenges, and/or co-occurring behavioral health conditions
