OBJECTIVE
- Reporting to the Production Manager
- Raw Product, the Grader is responsible for ensuring quality product is being packaged as per designated quality specifications.
- Report deficiencies to Production Manager, Raw Product or Food Safety & Quality Technician.
- Adhere to all food safety and health & safety regulations/policies while following company's SOP's Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager, Raw Product
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High School diploma
- Attention to detail and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Manual and good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand for long periods of time is required
- A high degree of flexibility and willingness to work overtime as required, including evenings and weekends
