What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot, test, and repair PLC-based control systems
- Perform instrumentation calibration (flow, pressure, level, temperature, transmitters)
- Install, modify, and service VFDs and motor control systems
- Execute control panel modifications and system upgrades
- Support commissioning and startup of automation systems
- Diagnose and resolve issues across Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC/HMI platforms
- Work directly with customers in the field, ensuring high-quality service and communication
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience with:
- PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
- HMI systems (FactoryTalk or similar)
- VFD installation and maintenance
- Industrial instrumentation and calibration
- Process-related controls
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Comfortable with ~30% travel
