What You’ll Be Doing

Troubleshoot, test, and repair PLC-based control systems
Perform instrumentation calibration (flow, pressure, level, temperature, transmitters)
Install, modify, and service VFDs and motor control systems
Execute control panel modifications and system upgrades
Support commissioning and startup of automation systems
Diagnose and resolve issues across Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC/HMI platforms
Work directly with customers in the field, ensuring high-quality service and communication

What We’re Looking For

Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent hands-on experience
Experience with:
- PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
- HMI systems (FactoryTalk or similar)
- VFD installation and maintenance
- Industrial instrumentation and calibration
- Process-related controls
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Comfortable with ~30% travel
