Senior Software Developer

Location: WFH USA Missouri Saint Louis Years of Experience: 7 10 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in software development and a strong proficiency in design tools, specifically Enterprise Architect and Rhapsody. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement software applications using best practices and design patterns.
Utilize Enterprise Architect and Rhapsody for system design and architecture documentation.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development practices.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in design tools, specifically Enterprise Architect and Rhapsody.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge of front end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience in software architecture and design patterns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7 10 years of experience in software development.
Proven experience with Enterprise Architect and Rhapsody.
Strong portfolio of completed projects demonstrating software development expertise.
