Technical Consultant - Enterprise Apps, Level 4
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of personalized customer experiences across email, In-app, SMS, push, DirectMail and web channels. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), customer data architecture, audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Experience building and supporting real-time customer journeys.
- Strong understanding of:
- Real-Time Customer Profiles
- XDM schemas
- Identity Service
- Segmentation
- Audience activation
- Consent management
- Channel configurations
- Journey reports and Analytics
- Experience with REST APIs and data integrations/Analysis.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
