Associate Broker

This is a unique opportunity to join one of Greater Boston’s leading independent commercial real estate firms and learn the business from the ground up. You’ll partner directly with senior brokers on business development and transaction support—building the skills, relationships, and pipeline to transition from a base salary to uncapped commission on a high-producing team. Start Date: Flexible Schedule: Full-time Compensation: Modest base salary + competitive commission structure tied to performance What You’ll Do Prospect & Pipeline: Conduct targeted outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to owners, occupiers, and investors; qualify opportunities and book meetings. Research & Data: Maintain and enrich the contact database; track companies, leases, and market activity across office, industrial, flex, and lab. Marketing Support: Coordinate with marketing on digital and print campaigns; help build prospect lists and track results. Deal Support: Assist on tours, proposals, LOIs, and basic financials (rent comps, simple underwriting, summaries). Networking: Attend industry events to expand relationships and represent the firm professionally. Reporting: Keep activity and pipeline updated; share weekly progress with the team. What You Bring Mindset: Proactive, entrepreneurial, coachable, and resilient; comfortable with outbound calling. Communication: Clear writer and confident caller; strong follow-through and organization. Tools: Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and CRM workflows (we’ll train). Background: 0–3+ years in sales, brokerage, or business development; CRE interest a plus. License: Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson license (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Mobility: Ability to travel within Greater Boston for meetings, tours, and events. Why R.W.
