Job Opening: Landscape Technician
Join Our Team!
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscape Technician to join our growing property maintenance team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering quality work and enjoys working outdoors in a variety of environments.
Responsibilities
As a Landscape Technician, you will perform a wide range of commercial property maintenance services, including:
- Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Landscape installation and maintenance
- Mulching, planting, pruning, and weed control
- Irrigation system troubleshooting and repairs
- Gutter cleaning
- Debris removal
- Pressure washing of buildings, driveways, sidewalks, and other exterior surfaces
- Seasonal property cleanups
- Basic maintenance and repair tasks as needed
- Loading, unloading, and caring for tools and equipment
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or property maintenance experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Ability to safely operate lawn care and landscaping equipment
- Experience with irrigation repairs is a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to work
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
