RESTAURANT MANAGER

Restaurant Manager | Job Description Driven by our values and an innate understanding of our culture, the Restaurant Manager’s primary responsibility is to assist guests with an exceptional and memorable dining experience that exceeds their expectations. This is achieved through partnership and influence in the daily execution of our mission statement, successful shift management, and ongoing development of the team. Equally important is the partnership with the General Manager (GM), Assistant General Manager (AGM), and Executive Kitchen Manager (EKM) to oversee the planning, organizing, training, and development of each manager and team member, as well as the shared achievement of objectives in finance, safety, quality, and the cultural environment of the restaurant. The role collaborates with Kitchen Managers, Restaurant Managers, Catering Office, and Restaurant Support Center teams. Core Responsibilities Lead through service, supporting and empowering the team while demonstrating integrity, values, and commitment consistent with the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Ensure each shift maintains a team and guest focus, demonstrating respect and loyalty to the entire team. Act as a partner and team player with Managers and Front of House team members to achieve common goals. Coach and lead teams through proper training systems, adherence to policies and company standards, and implementation of service standards. Manage the Circle of Service, maintain Points of Service, delegate and communicate with team members. Engage guests by continually touching tables to exceed expectations and build relationships with guests, catering events, and the community. Maintain compliance with health department and sanitation standards for the entire restaurant team. Coordinate successful Stonefire catering events, understanding all catering services and systems. Ensure all federal, state, and county health, safety, and labor requirements are met. Keep the restaurant clean, comfortable, and inviting. Enforce safety policies, holding the team accountable for safety standards. Guarantee food and products are consistently prepared and served according to recipes, portioning, and serving standards. Support the team in achieving objectives in sales, food cost, labor cost, and operating expenses; partner with GM, AGM, and KM’s to correct course as needed. Attend scheduled team meetings and partner with GM and AGM in preparation of schedules, Weekly Manager, and KM Meetings. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. Building Successful Relationships Serve as an exemplary role model of leadership across all levels of the organization. Implement Stonefire brand strategy and initiatives, focusing on building long‑term, value‑based relationships and loyalty. Execute high‑level guest service to drive satisfaction and engagement, assisting all guests and monitoring their experiences. Leadership & Culture Lead through humble service and partnership with GM and AGM to manage the restaurant team. Coach and champion the restaurant team in revenue strategies, guest satisfaction, and engagement. Maintain a cultural pulse on restaurant teams, serving as a role model and partner with Operations. Coach, train, and mentor team members using creative training tools for business development, loyalty, and upselling. Demonstrate integrity and commitment to the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Operate independently with minimal direction, showcasing exceptional problem‑solving and leadership. Requirements 1+ years in a high‑volume role; fast casual restaurant and catering experience preferred but not required. Passionate, fun, positive, and results‑oriented. Focused, attentive, and available to team members and guests when issues arise. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial and driven by accomplishment.
