Staff Reliability Engineer

To build the next generation of cloud-native reliability and test platforms, the full-time Staff Reliability Engineer will design and operate engineering platforms, enhance CI/CD workflows, and implement automation solutions, with the flexibility to work remotely. Key responsibilities Design, build, and operate cloud-native engineering platforms for software validation and production readiness Develop and integrate automated test pipelines and observability tools into CI/CD workflows Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability and release quality through automation and best practices Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields, with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms Experience designing and implementing automation to enhance developer productivity and operational efficiency Strong software engineering skills with experience in Python, Go, Java, or Ruby Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and collaborate effectively across teams
