Function as manager on duty and drive sales by maximizing store productivity Build customer relationships through exceptional experiences Assist the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in using reporting and sales trends to achieve sales, customer acquisition, and service goals Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards Manage inventory and stock, TQM compliance, and cash processes Maintain a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers Create personalized coffee experiences through storytelling and coffee and sustainability knowledge Provide complimentary coffee tastings and highlight product knowledge Coach and train the team to improve sales and service performance Seek and provide feedback and build strong colleague relationships Champion innovative ideas, adapt to change, and creatively solve problems Requirements 2+ years of experience driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment Patience for day-to-day challenges and resourcefulness in troubleshooting on the spot Effective communication, time management, and analytical skills Punctuality Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in driving sales and managing team performance in a high-volume retail environment, while fostering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining operational standards.
