Mail Clerk - Part Time

Mail Clerks are responsible for processing and distributing all resident and guest incoming and outgoing mail. Job duties include receiving mail from mail delivery truck on a daily basis, distributing mail appropriately, processing all certified, registered and returning mail, checking arrival, departure, and "who's here" report to process mail correctly, assisting with forwarding mail for departed guests and residents, ensuring the mail room is kept in neat and organized manner, ensuring that there is a signed authorization form for all guests picking up mail on behalf of another guest, if applicable, ensuring files are accurately maintained, handling all calls regarding mail, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to work well with others inside as well as outside the company, basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet, and a valid driver's license.
